  • Do I choose my therapist?

You do not have to. Tell us what is going on and we match you with a licensed professional who fits. If the fit is not right, tell us and we will re-match you.

  • Can sessions be online?

Yes. Sessions run online, and in person where availability allows. You choose your preference when you book.

  • Do I need to be in crisis?

No. Most people come with something ordinary that has been sitting heavy for a while. That is reason enough. Panik is not an emergency or crisis service — if you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

  • Are journals replacements for therapy?

No. The journals are self-guided wellness resources. They are helpful alongside professional care, not instead of it.

  • Where can journals be purchased?

Directly here on the Panik404 shop, with delivery across Pakistan.

  • How does matching work?

You share what you would like support with, your preferred format and your availability. Our team reviews it and matches you with a suitable licensed professional.

  • What happens after booking?

You get a confirmation, then a message from our team with your match and session details. No therapist-shopping required.

  • Do you offer corporate therapy and workshops?

Yes. Employee sessions, workshops, manager training and rolling wellness programmes, online or onsite. Request a programme on the For Teams page.

  • Is there a student rate?

Yes. Students get reduced-rate 1-on-1 sessions, and we run campus workshops and peer-support circles.

  • How long is a session?

Usually 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your matched professional.

Panik404 is not an emergency or crisis service and does not provide diagnosis or guaranteed clinical outcomes. Journals are self-guided wellness resources, not a replacement for professional mental-health care. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline right away.
